Kuang Ping Yang Tai Chi

Kuang Ping (or Guang Ping) is a classical form of Taijiquan allows the practitioner to develop a strong and healthy body as well as formidable martial arts skills at a level that is not commonly associated with Taijiquan these days. Interested students can begin to learn classical Tai Chi once they have begun to learn Universal Post well.

Learning classical Taichi requires a minimum 3 year commitment.  Your abilities will deepen and arise as you practice this form over decades.

Students who are not yet ready for the commitment or the physical challenge of Guang Ping Yang Taichi can receive instruction in a simpler and gentler form of Taichi to help you develop the necessary leg strength, flexibility, balance and resolve.
